REPLY: (by DesertPaint) Aug 8 2013 2:05pm His prices are not based on current player prices. The pricing he does is his own, and is based mostly on experience the horse has been given = training done. The more training you put on the horse, the more he will pay, up to a point. He usually starts out at around $6,000 give or take some. The Pawneer doesn't care about Intelligence or Personality so those are not included in his pricing since you can't train for those. (You can pellet, but not train.) His pricing does not reflect current player pricing for horses though.
